Instant Pit
A five foot wide, ten foot deep pit appears immediately, anywhere in view of the caster.
Notes: We were painstakingly playing through a big old dungeon (iron-god's king? tomb of the iron god? something like that) and, having mapped the locations of all the pit-traps, realized that it was more efficient to lure the three million skeleton warriors into them & just leave them in there unkilled. Being a wizard at the time I thought the only thing missing here is what if you did not have to find or dig a pit. What if you just had to want it? King is annoying you? Bridge too structurally sound? Dragon breathing a wall of fire in your direction? Gotta break into a vault?
I pitched this to our DM and talked him into putting it in his homebrew for the next campaign. On account of I described it as the most powerful spell in the world he added a 20% chance that spell blowback causes a small hole on a random location centered on & including the spell caster.
(I did not cast it until the last battle, when Instant Pit defeated a 15 foot tall chain wielding guy by dropping him ten feet (can't swing chains, have to drag them up from pit first!) and buying the party just enough time to do him in. It also made a small hole on my center mass, killing me instantly)

Copy/Paste
pasted objects and creatures will behave exactly the same as the original would. You can only remember one copied thing at a time but you can paste it as many times as you want. The bigger the thing is the longer it takes to load into reality.
